War Crimes in Israel and Palestine (2009)

Abstract Gaza Weapons Use Prior to the January ceasefires, Amnesty International sent a team of independent observers into Gaza in order to investigate allegations of war crimes during the conflict on the part of Hamas and the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF). The Amnesty group were among the first independent observers to gain access to Gaza during the closing stages of the conflict. Their report, which has been seen by Dr. Tom Clonan contains disturbing evidence of the abuse of international law by all parties to the conflict.
