Strong Merchandising Can Drive Sales (2009)

Abstract Most Irish licensed premises have learned to apply successful merchandising techniques within their bars in recent years. Increases in overall food and beverage sales have been brought about by encouraging personnel projection, rigorous adoption of merchandising techniques developed by management, complemented by food and beverage companies who have developed specific strategies for dealing with customers and prospective customers.
